Grace in Motion Ministries is a faith-centered nonprofit dedicated to creating inclusive, joyful experiences for children of all abilities. Through adapted camps, community programs, equipment support, and family outreach, we provide meaningful opportunities for kids to grow, connect, and shine. We believe every child is created with purpose, and every family deserves a community that celebrates and supports them. Our heart is to put God’s grace into action—offering hope, belonging, and life-changing moments for the children and families we serve.
Our Story
Grace in Motion Ministries was born out of a deep desire to serve children and families beyond the walls of the therapy clinic. After years of working closely with children of all abilities, we saw a growing need—not just for therapy services, but for a place where families could truly belong. A place where kids could explore, try new things, be themselves, and feel celebrated. And a place where parents could find support, encouragement, and a community that understands their journey.
What began as a simple vision has grown into a ministry focused on meeting the needs of the whole child and the entire family. We believe that meaningful growth happens in relationship and in community—when families come together, share life, and lift one another up. Through adapted camps, programs, and outreach, we strive to create spaces filled with joy, acceptance, and opportunity.
At the heart of it all is our faith. We aim to show the love of Christ in everything we do—through compassion, connection, and grace in action. Our mission is to walk alongside each child and family right where they are, offering support, hope, and a place to belong.
Meet The Board
Beth Bryan
Founder & President
Beth had 17 years of experience as a pediatric physical therapist and has dedicated her life to helping children of all abilities grow, thrive, and reach their fullest potential. Her heart for serving families and creating inclusive opportunities is the foundation of this ministry.
As a mom of three and an active member of Lighthouse Baptist Church, Beth finds joy in cheering on her kids in band and theatre and staying deeply connected to her church community. Grace in Motion Ministries was born from her desire to extend support beyond the clinic—creating a place where families feel seen, kids can be themselves, and the love of Christ is shown through every interaction.

Margo Gaskins
Vice President
Margo is a dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience caring for children and families. Her passion for serving others is deeply rooted in her faith and her calling to make a difference in the lives of kids with special needs. Married for more than 20 years, Margo and her husband have built a loving foster- adoptive home filled with many children. She brings both professional expertise and a mother's heart to her work with Grace in Motion. Margo feels truly blessed to share God's love through every child she serves.

Jeremy Pond
Treasurer
Jeremy Pond brings years of hands-on leadership and community involvement to the organization. As a minister and board member at Abundant Grace Church, and the owner of JTP Resources and Gregg’s Tex-Mex Restaurant, Jeremy manages multiple teams and advises other local businesses and nonprofits supporting individuals with special needs.
As the father of a daughter with Down syndrome, Jeremy is deeply passionate about helping families navigate the unique challenges of special needs life — from home adaptability and transportation to creating inclusive spaces for play and daily living. His commitment to faith and service drives his dedication to ensuring that no family walks this journey alone.
Jeremy believes that “It’s important that we love and help one another just as the Lord has loved and helped us get through life.”
